Managing Desktops and resolving Hardware and software related issues.

Backup and Antivirus update every month on desktops.

Imaging with a COE image on newly loaded Hard disks.

Performing installations and troubleshooting system software’s.

Managing all network printers across the floor.

Troubleshooting all windows platform related issues on client systems. Configuring & trouble shooting Wireless and VPN connection for Desktops and laptops.
