Description:•Spatial work order schedule optimization to enable “while in the neighborhood” task scheduling. A work order schedule is built based on work order type, location, crew skills, and equipment needed to complete the task.•Water usage analyses reports that allow utilities to better understand the usage of water, its customer base, its revenue.•Provides insight in predicting future patterns of asset failure and identify targets for preventative maintenance.•Ensures environmental integrity of city water system by addressing flood, water quality, and erosion control.
Customer pain addressed:•Increasing maintenance costs, increasing work backlog, inefficiencies in utilization of limited numbers of skilled work crews, increasing transportation costs•Water utilities lack adequate supporting analysis for rate case development and improving pricing models
Solution software key components:
1. Operations Center
2. Work Management
3. Usage & Revenue
4. Predictive Maintenance

2. Traffic Information Hub
3. Traffic Prediction
4. Integrated Fare Management
5. Bus Arrival Prediction
6. Route Guidance
Solution enables reduced metropolitan and highway congestion, reduce emissions, economic efficiency benefits, enhanced traveller satisfaction, greater use of public transportation.
Description: Centralized management of traffic event information
collected across geographic spread of data sources and across multiple device vendor and data input formats.
Traffic prediction capability to allow for better proactive management of traffic and improving the value of traffic information disseminated to consumers.
Uses combination of historical and real time traffic movement information to successfully predict the rates of traffic flow across the city in near future (10-60 minutes).
Generates “fill in” traffic flow predictions for areas where current traffic flow information not available.
Integrated payments and management across all city transportation services.
Customer pain addressed: Traffic congestion reduction and existing roadways usage
improvement
Lack of automatic expertise guidance to operators when traffic incidents occur for improved signal setting
Inability to fill in traffic flow for areas where limited sensordata is available to enable more predictive information for estimating traffic flow
Inability to optimize dispatching and maintain quality of information provided to public transit travelers
Inability to accurately estimate actual arrival times of buses and other public road transports that have dependence on traffic conditions
