Maximo at Infigen Background Maximo v6 was implemented in 2007
Babcock & Brown Bluarc
Implementation focused on purchasing and inventory Wind turbine major components were not serialized
Challenging to track maintenance and moves both between turbines and between farms
Relied on vendor invoices to review maintenance and move histories.
Work orders rarely used Maintenance costs not easily tracked
Operations Control Center did not use Maximo

Operations Control Center (OCC) The OCC monitors and operates the entire US fleet of
wind turbines, balance of plant systems and electrical interconnection facilities
Used an elaborate spreadsheet to track reported events and communications (call outs) to the Sites
With a shared Outlook mailbox maintaining history of call outs, which was not easily searched.

The OCC and Maximo V75 Created the Infigen Event Ticket application to record and
manage events across farms Clone of Service Requests.
Communication Templates provide an easy method of distributing email messages with applicable data Effortlessly communicate with those who need to know without
searching through a group email account for message threads .
