•İAno Nuevo!/El Dia de los Reyes takes place on the 6th of January which is when the wise men leave there presents.

WHERE?In every town in Spain parents and their children celebrate with street parades.

WHO? AND WHAT?
Family's all over Spain go out onto the streets and have a parade.The people on the floats through sweets to the children.
Luca
HOW AND WHYWhy?:The Spanish family’s celebrate on the 6 of January because that was when the kings came to give presents to baby Jesus. The kids open their presents on this date like the baby Jesus did at his birth. Most kids put their shoes on the balcony (if they have a balcony) and the kings will leave the presents in their shoes.
How?:They make floats that get driven the streets of Spain and people dress up as the three wise kings and throw sweets to the public.
