Sir,

This office intends to purchase computer consumables from a selected

dealer/firm under rate contract basis during the year 2018-19. The list of computer

consumables likely to be purchased is enclosed. (Tender invitation also available in

the following link in our website http://www.agtn.cag.gov.in/auditlltenders.html)

You are requested to send a price quotation for these consumables (including

GST & other levies, if any). The rates would be valid for the period from 01.04.2018

to 31.03.2019 and no request for increase in the rates would be entertained during

the period. The quotation, in a sealed tamper-proof envelope, may be forwarded to

the Senior Deputy Accountant General (Admn.), Office of the Principal Accountant

General (G&SSA), Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, LekhaParikshaBhavan, No. 361

Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018 latest by 1730 Hours on 15th March2018.

Terms and Conditions

Rate Contract 2018-19 for Computer Consumables

1) Supply: It should be made to the office address at the vendor's cost based on the

placement of purchase orders by post or telephonic messages. The supplies are to

be made at the earliest.

2) Authorization Certificate from manufacturer (HP or Samsung) for supply of

original cartridges must be enclosed.

3) Quality: The product should be of original Company make and conform to the

standards fixed by the company. If the quality is found to be defective, it should

be re-supplied without delay. Payment for defective products will be made only on

supply of replacement. Continuance of defective/delayed supply will be liable for

cancellation of rate contract.

4) Quantity: The exact quantity required could not be indicated now as it is based ondemand.

5) Price: The accepted price shall be inclusive of transport charges, delivery charges,

all tax components like excise duty, GST, etc. Any request for increase in the

contracted price will not be entertained during the contract period.

6) Terms of payment: On completion of the supply subject to satisfaction of this office.

7) Last date: Quotations received after the due date will not be entertained. This office

will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit.

8) The rate contract may be given for the entire list of consumables to a single dealer

or in parts thereof to different dealers. Withdrawals at a later stage for the reason

that the entire list is not awarded will not be accepted.
