차체의 도어, 후드 판넬 등의 가장자리를 접는데 적용하는

기술로, 유압 실린더 혹은 전기 모터 등을 이용한 헤밍 프레

스를 사용하는 대신, 로봇 선단에 헤밍용 툴을 부착하여 로

봇이 2, 3회에 걸처 헤밍 플랜지를 접어가는 방식입니다.

It’s used to close the hemming fl ange of doors, hood or

tail gate of car body. Instead of using a big hydraulic or

electric press, the hemming fl ange is closed using a

robot in conjuction with a roller hemming tool in 2 or 3

steps. The robot is programmed to follow the contour of

hemming fl ange the fl ange.

Roller hemming system has benefi t as belows,

헤밍용 롤러는 다양한 플랜지 형상에 적절히 대응하고 로봇

의 유연한 동작을 지원하기 위해, 상황에 따라 다양한 툴을

부착할 수 있어야 합니다.

•당사의 헤밍 롤러는 4면을 자유롭게 부착할 수 있도록

준비되어 있으며, 롤러는 조립 방식으로 되어 있어

유연성있는 대응 능력을 보장하고 있습니다.

•압력 센서를 내장하여 로봇 동작 생성 시 가압력을

모니터링 할 수 있어, 설비 및 로봇을 보호하고

적정 가압력 관리가 가능합니다.

•실시간 가압력 모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 헤밍 품질

관리가 가능합니다.

The hemming roller should be confi gured so various

tools can be attached according to the fl ange confi gu-

ration and robot motion.

• Our hemming roller is confi gured so that tools can be

attached to 4 faces of it freely. Furthermore, the roller

can be assembled or disassembled for fl exible response.

• A pressure sensor is built in to protect the equipment and

robot as well as keep the temporary pressure used for

robot motion creation under control by monitoring the

pressure value.

• We developed a real time temporary pressure monitoring

system to control the hemming quality.
