I. OVERVIEW - Home Search Central Plus™ (HSC+) HSC+ allows clients to edit and save a search that the agent has created for them. Ultimately, HSC+ will replace the Private Client Website (PCW) as it provides clients and agents with more options and flexibility. HSC+ can be accessed from the Listing Search or Prospects modules.

II. What Will Your Clients Receive? Clients will receive an email containing an explanation of Home Search Central, a User ID and Password for access, and a link to their personal HSC+ Account. The HSC+ account gives the client access to search by map, change and save criteria and all of the functionality of the Home Search Central product that was released in early 2011.

III. How to Set Up a Home Search Central Plus™ Account (HSC+) for Your Clients 1. From the Home Page Select any Property Type 2. Click the “Create HSC+” Button in the Upper Left Corner

3. The Cross Property Search Screen displays allowing you to can set up your client with any or all

property types in the search.

4. Input Your Clients’ Criteria then Click the “Count” Button. Remember to scroll down for additional fields.

5. Click the “Save Search” Button. 6. Enter a Name for the HSC+ Search and Your Client’s Contact

Information

7. Enter Your Client’s Email Address as the User Name and then Create a Password. (Suggestion: Use your client’s last name as their password)

8. Click the “Save” Button at the top/bottom of the window IV. What will My Client Receive?

Your client will receive an informative email about the HSC+ with log-in information, bulleted HSC+ features, and agent contact information

V. What Can My Clients Do With Home Search Central Plus?

1. After the client clicks on the “Click Here” button, they will be directed to the HSC+ log in page 2. From here, the client enters the User ID (email address) and Password (you created) that was provided in

the email

3. Note that your contact information, photo and logo are displayed. From this screen the client will be able to edit the search criteria you entered. Note that clients can now search by Map.

4. Click “View Results” to View the Listings Matching their Criteria

5. The Column View Displays. The +/- Sign Expands/Collapses Additional Listing Information

6. View Details of the Property

7. Using the buttons on the right side of the screen, clients can make Notes about a property or rate properties as Favorites, Rejects or Maybes.

VII. How Do I Manage My Clients in HSC+? Agents can now manage their prospects, Home Search Central and Home Search Central+ clients from the Prospects Module. 1. To Switch to the NEW Prospects Page, Click the Blue “Use Beta Prospects Page” Button at the Lower

Your HSC and HSC+ Clients can be Viewed/Updated by Clicking the “PROSPECTS” Tab. All Saved Searches Can be Viewed/Updated by Clicking the “SAVED SEARCHES” Tab

Notify Type:

Portal = HSC client Search = HSC+ client

-Activity displays all properties viewed by client, including Favorites/Rejects/Maybe. -View displays the criteria entered by the agent. -Email URL will send another welcome HSC+ email.

Favorite/Reject/Maybe These numbers indicate how many listings your clients may/may not be interested in. These listings can be viewed from the “Activity” button and clicking on the rating at the top of the screen.
