Heroes are not born with a special power, they are ordinary people like us but they do extraordinary things when the situation demands. Similarly, our brave Indian armed forces have proved it time and again. They are men of steel standing tall in harshest of conditions. They disregard freez-ing cold temperatures and scorching heat to always remain brave, awake & devoted towards us. Heartily thanking our Armed forces who sacrifices their life so that we can live safely, even Thankful & salute to those who are currently serving our country. As we are not in their shoes, we know we will never fully appre-ciate the sacrifices they make for us, their family, their friends and our country. Duty of our soldiers is to defend our country from external aggression or

cross border terrorism. Most of them get Paramveer Chakra serving their nation leaving behind their families with a hope that the country for whom they died will look after their loved ones. Our duty is to look after their families. Along with their Josh, Our Josh should also remain always high!

The blockchain is used for the secure transfer of items like money, property, con-tracts, etc. without requiring a third-party intermediary like bank or government. Once a data is recorded inside a blockchain, it is very difficult to change it. Blockchain technology is a shared public ledger that enables untrusted parties (i.e. not known to each other) to track and reconcile changes to digital information. It al-lows all parties to keep track of changes to the ledger without the need for a central record keeper. Every computer connected to the network (referred to as a node) auto-matically downloads a copy of the blockchain and saves it onto the computer’s hard-drive. Blockchain technology was originally designed as the accounting system for the vir-tual currency Bitcoin by Mr Satoshi Nakamato in year 2008. Smart contracts can run on a blockchain, for example ones which "create invoices

that pay themselves when a shipment arrives or share certificates which automatically send their owners dividends if profits reach a certain level" etc. Many banks in India are increasingly investing in this technology. Leveraging the distributed ledger tech-nology, a consortium of India’s eleven largest banks including ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, RBL Bank, South Indian Bank, and Axis Bank have launched the first ever blockchain-linked loan system in the country. Now the question arises Is blockchain technology a useful and valuable innovation? I thin k that time will give an answer to this Question. or is it hype? I think that time will give the answer to this question.

Failure is just a stepping stone to success Failure is Just a Stepping Stone to Success

I have cleared 1st group of IPCC in 4th attempt and I am thankful for my failures be-

cause they have taught me a lot. I am stating, in 5 points, that what I have learnt. These points are surely not restricted to educational success only.

1.YOU WILL FAIL. No matter who you are, at some point of life you will fail. Em-brace failure, not defeat

    2. You don't fail unless you fail to learn a lesson. Use wisdom obtained by experiencing failure as steps to success.

So FAIL BIG, FAIL FORWARD AND LEARN FROM IT.

    3. HAVE FAITH in yourself and approach fearlessly. Henry Ford said that "If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right." You must have faith in yourself and your willingness to succeed should be greater than fear of failure.

    4. You must be PERSISTENT. You are never going to achieve your goals if you quit. You might be just 4 feet away from the gold when you decided to stop digging more.

    5. SOMEONE'S OPINION OF YOU DOESN'T HAVE TO BECOME YOUR REALITY. Let people judge you. So-ciety is going to judge you any way, either you succeed or not. What opinions people have about you is their business, non of yours.

Firstly , A Crypto currency is a digital or virtual currency designed to work as a medium of exchange . It uses cryptography to secure and verify transaction as well as control the creation of new units of a particular cryptocurrency. Essentially, cryptocurrencies are limited entries in a database that no one can change unless specific conditions are fulfilled. In early 2009s, an anonymous programmer or a group of programmers under an alias Satoshi Nakamoto introduced Bitcoin. Satoshi described it as a ‘peer-to-peer electronic cash system. It Is completely decentralized, meaning there are no servers involved and no central controlling authority. The concept closely resembles peer-to-peer networks for file sharing. But in India bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not legal tender. Many people believe that cryptocurrencies are the hottest investment opportunity currently available. Indeed, there are many stories of people becoming millionaires through their Bitcoin investments. Bitcoin is the most recognizable digital currency to date, and today one bitcoin is worth 274500.47 Indian rupee. It is a option to invest in cryptocurrencies. It is a way to support the social vision behind crypt currencies – that of a free and hard money for the entire world. It is a good and innovative technology where you can invest your money in a one way. Crypto currency is becoming very popular and is considered a way of earning money if investment is done at the right time.

You should definitely learn about it before you invest in Crypto currency.

My simple mistake, Following the crowd Ignoring the heart, That speaks so loud. Following the crowd, Won't lead you right Follow your heart, And you'll be guided by light. We each have a purpose, each have a role, Each with a dream, each with a goal. We each are different, unique and rare. Each has an answer to a spe-cial prayer.

So love who you are, In life have an aim. Be happy to be special, Not boringly same. Be who you are, Do what you want to do. We are all really very special, Because I am I, and YOU are YOU.

    Be Yourself
