Technical Errors The Court of Appeals in revers ¬ ingthe lower courts and granting new trials to Caleb Powers and Jim Howard gives its reasons for so doing The Taylor pardon in the Powers case was held invalid upon the grounds that Goebel having been decided by the Legislature to be dejure officer and this court hav- ing ¬ decided that the Legislatures decision was valed as BecUham was also
