I have a large and
wonderful family that
grows and changes
everyday. We give
each other strength and
support and we love
each other. We are all
different in our growth
and changes, we
are all the same in the
deepest connection of
love.
Our shade and branches
and acorns support many
lives.
Water Oakss. These members of our family live like most, in warm damp soils. The water oaks grow on streambanks. They live in the sandy soil of northern soil. They grow 50-80 feet talll. Their acorns develop every two years.
Oaks, The Older Oak Trees have
lived many seasons
They are tall, strong, and
supportive, they are present in
their own bodies and in
the new children oak trees that are
also wise. Though we share a
family resemblance, physically
we can differ greatly. Mostly
we grow in warm wet soil and
grow 50-110 feet tall. We are
born from acorns, have glossy
green leaves, and brown ridged
bark. We
predominantly grow n the
Southeastern United States,
though some grow in Texas and
southern Canada.
