Some ministries and churches still ope ra t e unde r con t ro l l i ng elements that impede the church/ministry from moving ahead. O f t e n t h i s i s c a u s e d b y established positions, within the church or organization, that has become swords of power to protect that position. When this is so, you find that it is difficult to move where the Lord is leading.

All agendas of man have to be removed from the hearts of those in leadership. When this happens than an atmosphere of growth for that team will be fostered. Things just do not start on their own, or, hope that the problems go away, you as the

leader must spread forth your mantle to make room for others.

Ex 31:10 the ◙ garments of ministry, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to

minister as priests, 11and the anointing oil and sweet incense for the holy place. According to all that I have commanded you they shall do.” Col 4:17 “Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.”

We absolved the board mentality and began to transform into a Pastoral team thus each member began to understand Godly spiritual leadership as this responsibility was taught. Vision must be taught to be caught. Spiritual bonding must take place through team devotions.

Everyone with a heart to touch others wants to be used and feel useful. Without proper understanding this can be a trap

for leadership because we are unwilling to lay aside what we are presently doing and move ahead and come into Kingdom leadership. ( servants to all)

Just know that when you move ahead others that are being trained will pick it up and flourish in that ministry. We do not 'own' our ministry or gifting. Jesus is longing for us to continually move ahead and experience deeper leadership, no more competition, no judging ourselves among ourselves. Each member of your team has to understand that they are called , and that it entails more t h a n b u s i n e s s i n p u t a n d decisions. .This is just a nugget on a deeper teaching.
