OBJECTIVES:To develop and support instructional activities and strategies.
To provide and illustrate concepts through multi-learning opportunities.
To utilize technology, peers, mentors, research, and “I CARE ~ I SHARE” data to access the best of the best.
To create experiences that are applicable to the real world.
To include EVERYONE!
GoalsTo participate in monthly “I CARE” grouping
sessions before or after school.
To use monthly “I CARE ~ I SHARE” data file computer archive/newsletter.
To attend one of four sessions during NTA’s to learn a new strategy.
I CARE Groupings
C = Coaches
A= Academics + Special Education
R= Real World + Electives + Foreign Languages + Technology + Guidance
E= Experienced Teachers
Monthly I SHARE Activity
ONE:
Each department will send email to all department members to SHARE
lesson, website, activity, etc…
TWO:
Play tag, you’re IT!
Trade adventures.
Send to three folks outside of your department who would benefit
from your adventure.
THREE:
Have it your WAY!
Pick from the buffet.
Send your adventure to the I CARE ~ I SHARE on the Teacher Public
Drive.
Diana and Cory will sort adventures to make them more user friendly by topic
and or needs. Look for yours in the newsletter.
I CARE SESSIONS
Four Ways to ParticipateTwo sessions per semester during NTA’s will be provided. You must attend one of four.
Monthly sessions with new teachers after school, but everyone may attend.
I CARE monthly support sessions based on your I CARE groups.
One-on-One Resource and Support Times with Diana or Cory to help create, implement, evaluate, redesign, or whatever you need to support learning in your classroom. Schedule your times to suit your needs.
