Requirements. For reagents, if you require a special MSL, please indicate on your purchase order a minimum num-

- Orders are only considered as accepted after receiving a Purchase Order, a signed INTER BIO-LAB, INC quota-

tion or the payment in advance.

3.- Shipping and Delivery

- The approximated delivery dates will be written on the IBL quotation.

- INTER BIO-LAB, INC shall not be responsible for any delay at delivery as a result of any major force beyond

INTER BIO-LAB, INC control (weather, accidents, etc)

- All shipments are insured at the Customer’s expense. Shipping damages, resulting from uninsured deliveries will

be the Customer’s responsibility.

- INTER BIO-LAB, INC can ship the products using the carrier of our choice, according to Customer’s instruc-

tions. Shipping charges will be included in the quotation.

- Customer shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify INTER BIO-LAB, INC of all discrepancies

within the next three days. If Customer does not give such notice, Customer agrees that such products have been

accepted.

4.- Payment Terms

- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prepayment is required.

- Only checks and wire transfers are accepted. Bank information is written on invoice.

- INTER BIO-LAB, INC reserves the right to charge interest from the date payment is due, at the maximum legal

rate.

- Products which are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, such as some reagents, may not be returned for any rea-

son.

- Products to be returned must be within the applicable warranty period.
