I-4 Ultimate Project for the life of the concession, the

construction resources to efficiently and effectively

construct it, and the design expertise to provide a safe

and functional managed/general use lanes system

which maximizes revenue and throughput.

The I-4 Development Partners brings to FDOT a leading and multidisciplinary team comprised of:

CONCESSIONAIRE TEAM

• Macquarie manages more than $95 billion of infrastructure and real asset

investments located in 24 countries around the globe, including 25

transportation assets.

• OHLC currently operates & maintains a total of 34 PPP projects, 23 of which

are toll highways in 6 different countries, totaling more than 2,744 miles.

• FCC Co. & affiliates have been involved in 41 concessions around the world

including 28 highway assets comprising a combined total of 1,050 miles.

Collectively, these firms have reached financial close on more than 175 PPP

projects; 90 of these concessions are transportation infrastructure projects with

an average concession agreement term of 30 years.


DESIGN BUILD TEAM

awarded approximately $5 billion of work in North America.

• FCC has been awarded approximately $1 billion of work in North

Rotate through the teams, who will be in separate rooms during your assigned time.

Sub-group will have 15 minutes in room with each team. You will have 5 minutes with each team. (One line only)
