Microsoft Research License Agreementfor

Microsoft Hyperlapse Pro

This is a legal agreement between you and Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”).Please read it.

Microsoft Hyperlapse Pro (“Hyperlapse”) will be installed on your deice. !ou canwithdraw your consent for installing Hyperlapse and updates to Hyperlapse byuninstalling it.

This agreement applies to the “app”" which is the ersion of Hyperlapse you installand any Microsoft (i) updates" (ii) supplements" (iii) internet#based serices" and (i)support serices for Hyperlapse" unless other terms accompany those items.

1. SCOPE OF RIGHTS

a. License Grant &ub-ect to this agreement" you may install and use theapp on your deices.

b. Thir! Party Programs The app may include third party programs thatMicrosoft" not the third party" licenses to you under this agreement.otices" if any" for the third party programs are included for yourinformation only.

2. I"TER"ET#$ASE% SER&ICES

a. Internet#ena'le! Feat(res

The app may contain internet#enabled features and social functionality. /henthese features are used" they transmit certain standard computer information(0&tandard Computer ata0) to Microsoft. &tandard Computer ata mayinclude information about your computing enironment such as ,P address"networ1 status" operating conditions and information about deices andsoftware used with the Program software and serices.

The app may contain internet#enabled features that transmit performance orusage information to Microsoft (“2*perience ata”). 2*perience ata may

include information about your computing enironment" and performanceand reliability" such as how 3uic1ly the software and serices respond whenyou clic1 a button or how many problems you e*perience with the app.2*perience ata may also include information about your use of the app"such as the features used most often or how fre3uently you launch the app.

The app may retriee content from Microsoft to display in the app" such asadertisements or content that other people hae created using the app and

The software may update automatically. !ou agree to receie updates withoutany additional notice" and permit Microsoft to download and install them foryou. !ou agree to obtain the app and any updates only from Microsoft orMicrosoft authori4ed sources.

b. +se of Information Microsoft may use data we collect from the app tooperate" improe and personali4e Microsoft products and serices.Microsoft may share some data with our partners to improe how theirproducts and serices wor1 with Microsoft5s products and serices.

c. Mis(se of Internet#'ase! Ser,ices !ou may not use these serices inany way that could harm them or impair anyone else5s use of them. !oumay not use the serices to try to gain unauthori4ed access to anyserice" data" account or networ1 by any means.

a. RESER&ATIO" OF RIGHTS The app is licensed" not sold. This agreement onlygies you some rights to use the app. Microsoft reseres all other rights. 6nlessapplicable law gies you more rights despite this limitation" you may use the

app only as e*pressly permitted in this agreement. ,n doing so" you mustcomply with any technical limitations in the app that only allow you to use it incertain ways. !ou may not

• wor1 around any technical limitations in the app7

• reerse engineer" decompile or disassemble the app" e*cept and only to thee*tent that applicable law e*pressly permits" despite this limitation7

• distribute the app or publish the app for others to copy7

• rent" lease or lend the app7 or

• use the app for commercial software hosting serices" or

• transfer the app or this agreement to any other person.

FEE%$AC. ,f you gie feedbac1 about the app to Microsoft" you gie toMicrosoft" without charge" the right to use" share and commerciali4e yourfeedbac1 in any way and for any purpose. !ou also gie to third parties" withoutcharge" any patent rights needed for their products" technologies and sericesto use or interface with any speci8c parts of a Microsoft software or serice thatincludes the feedbac1. !ou will not gie feedbac1 that is sub-ect to a license that

would re3uire Microsoft to license its software to third parties on speci8c termsif we use or distribute the feedbac1.

c. "O S+PPORT Microsoft is under no obligation to proide any support" updates"or additional materials for the app.

d. E/PORT RESTRICTIO"S The app is sub-ect to 6nited &tates e*port laws andregulations. !ou must comply with all domestic and international e*port lawsand regulations that apply to the app. These laws include restrictions ondestinations" end users and end use. 9or additional information" seewww.microsoft.come*porting

e. E"TIRE AGREEME"T This agreement is the entire agreement for the app.

f. SE&ERA$ILIT0 ,f any court of competent -urisdiction determines that anyproision of this agreement is illegal" inalid or unenforceable" the remainingproisions will remain in full force and e:ect proided the intent of the partiescan be presered.

g. GO&ER"I"G LA1 A"% &E"+E This agreement is goerned by and construedin accordance with the laws of the state of /ashington (6&;)" without referenceto its choice of law principles to the contrary. 2ach party hereby consents to the
