The TIW HSCT-350M multi-stage hydraulic cementing tool

was developed for monobore applications of the open hole

packer multi-frac system.

The stage collar design incorporates a double ball metal to

metal seal to isolate the closing sleeve from the cementing

ports. This provides a high pressure, high temperature seal.

allowing the casing above the open hole packer to be

cemented back to the surface.

The HSCT-350M stage cementing tool is opened

hydraulically with internal casing pressure, eliminating the

need for a free-fall opening cone. The tools compact design

minimizes the number of moving parts and makes the tool

easier to handle.

TIW hydraulic stage cementing tools can be opened

immediately upon displacement of the first stage plugs and

can be run with annulus casing packers and or with a liner.

Features

Tested to 103.4 MPa (15,000 PSI) at 200°C (392°F) with 22 pressure cycles

Metal to metal seals across the cementing ports on the closing sleeve

Each closing sleeve ball seal is machined to the actual dimensions of the outer sleeve to maintainprecise dimensional control and pressure integrity

Concave design eliminates any debris falling down the hole

The sleeve insert is threaded into place and is drilled up in place

Opening pressure can be altered quickly and easily by changing the number of shear pins

The closing sleeve can be closed after the operation

Minimal amounts of aluminum and rubber are the only materials encountered during drill out

The above specifications are for the standard tools supplied from L-80 and P-110 material 8RD and Buttress connections.Other sizes, grades and connections are available upon request.Temperature ratings for standard nitrile seals are 135°C (275°F). Special seals are available for H S, CO and geothermal applications.2 2
