who are not staying at the hotel will be asked to provide their credit card details as a guarantee and will receive confirmation by email or phone the day before their appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICYAny change or cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the cost of the booked treatment being charged. In the event of cancellation within 12 hours of the appointment or a no-show, the full cost of the treatment(s) will be charged.

DELAYSIn the event of a delay, we will endeavour to provide you with the same service if our schedule allows it. Otherwise we will shorten the treatment time but there will be no reduction in price.
