and investment reporting system and saw this as an opportunity to adopt

current investment best practice processes within Oracle Primavera

Challenge This organisation required regular uploads from multiple finance

systems, one on a daily basis for real time project management and

the other monthly to manage their long term strategic portfolio of

investments. Existing systems did not enable this:

• Project Management systems only reported on a single project

not a programme or the entire work

• Financial Budgeting Systems only maintain budgets and not

actuals, or alternative investments

• ERP systems only had historical data and did not have

This quickly revealed the issue this organisation was facing and after we validated the data to assure its accuracy we confirmed with the organisation it truly had a problem.
