Residential were appointed to adapt and refurbish

an existing apartment in this prestigious location to

meet the specific needs of our client and his family,

who were migrating from Russia and wanted to

personalise their new permanent residence in London.

We worked closely with the Architect and Interior

Designer to deliver the client’s vision for their new

home, which meant we could be truly responsive

to the client’s evolving requirements. An open plan

layout was created which maximised light and space,

and bespoke materials, fixtures and fittings were

combined to result in a unique, comfortable and

modernised living environment.

To optimise the layout and functionality of the

apartment, we reconfigured the guest w.c into a

cloakroom, and created an additional bathroom

from an existing en-suite with access from the

main corridor.

New services and pipework were carefully

retro-fitted into existing stone hardstandings

and all new installations were linked back to

the centralised home automation system and

apartment block building management system.

To give the apartment the unique character the

client had specified, new lighting and ceilings were

installed throughout to give a sense of space

and light. We worked closely with our specialist

supply chain partner to design, manufacture and

install bespoke high end interior joinery throughout

the property, and finishes such as ripple effect

The client was extremely pleased with the finished

product and made the residence a permanent home

for his family who relocated from Russia.

Working in true partnership with the appointed

design team we were able to develop architectural

concepts into built mock ups and sample panels for

items such as panelling and bespoke joinery, which

allowed the client to have full control over design

decisions throughout the process.

Our client’s satisfaction with our standards of

workmanship and customer focussed approach is

demonstrated by the award of further works to the

property following completion of the main contract.

By remaining responsive to the evolving requirements of our client we were able to create a modern and luxurious apartment that optimised the property’s layout whilst reflecting personal tastes.
