    Our guests come to Hyatt expecting great guests service how we service our guests we provide our

    guests with an authentic service which is an advantage and how we differentiate ourselves from

    other hotel companies because all our employees our committed to provide great service to our

    guests .every employee throughout their daily activities remembers we are here for one purpose to

    serve our guests to the best of our abilities.Hyatt has established specific service behaviours that

    must be exhibited at all times while in the hotel .we call these standards of our service essentials are

    Greet every guests with a smile

    Use the guest name at every opportunity

    Provide quick and efficient service

    Offer assistance and provide options

    Thank the guests and invite them back

    With the service essentials in place hyatt will continue to build local Hyatt guests and the hotel will

    be the great place to work for all employees .

    You were selected as a Hyatt employee because you have the ability to display Hyatts service

    essentials at all times and prove great guest service .throughout your employment with Hyatt your

    ability to deliver the service essentials and department service standards will be evaluated during

    regular performance reviews you will be held accountable to provide outstanding service on a

    consistant basis ,failure to deliver Hyatt service essentials in guest and co-worker interactions can

    be subject to disciplinary action . as a team we must create a positive and memorable experience in

    each and every guest and co-worker interaction .

    Open door policy

    Hyatt is committed to an open door policy every associate is encouraged to discuss problems

    complaints needs or requests with those in supervisory positions.our business is a challenging one

    that requires a healthy attitude .by keeping our doors open to you we hope to keep problems or

    frustrations from diminishing your spirit for the job of satisfying our guests .

    Should you face a problem or have a need that requires special attention your supervisor ordepartment head is a place to start

    Immediately discuss the problem with the supervisor or department head if you do not feel

    confortable discussing the matter with your supervisor or department head ,brig the matter to the

    attention of your managing committee member or the human resources department

    If after the prelimnary discussion the matter has not been resolved, you are encouraged to discuss

    the situation with your managing committee member of the human resources director these

    indivisuals will consider the complaint and will inform you of their resolution without delay.

    If you feel that the issue is not satisfactory resolved ,you may request a meeting with the general

    manager
