• $9.25 / mo. voice discount ($34.25 tribal)
• Eligible through varied social service programs or income
• Carriers confirm eligibility
Consumers are eligible for a Lifeline benefit if enrolled in1:
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
• Supplemental Security Income
• Federal Public Housing Assistance
• Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
• Income-based eligibility
Who can get it?
Reside on Tribal lands and participate in a federal or state assistance program such as:
• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
• Head Start• Tribal Temporary Assistance for
Needy Families• Food Distribution Program on
Indian Reservations
