• Positions are required for everyone - Faculty, Staff, Students and Affiliated Workers.

• Appointment document creation and management will no longer be done by departments across campus. Appointments will be fully generated out of HRMS when any employment action is taken.

• Appointments are replaced by Assignments.• Category of Affiliated Workers - volunteers,

contractors, visiting researches, etc. is introduced.• Concept of Pooled positions is introduced for Student

and Affiliated Workers.
