Difference between HRM & HRD

HRM & HRD are being used interchangeably HRM has its various tools like appraisal schemes, feedback system,

making re tools used in human resource development. HRM approach helps to improve the organizational efficiency, work

culture, job satisfaction better understanding of people. HRD is linked with human resource planning which, in turn is linked to
