This new feature set includes significant upgrades that will help you, as a reseller, in turn help your clients more accurately and efficiently track good leads, downgrade poor ones, and determine lead origin. These features also provide you with a powerful Customer Relationship Management tool to leverage your consulting position with your clients. Ok, lets jump right in. Lead Tracking Improvements - Call Disposition Settings

This document will cover improvements made to lead tracking in the Sales Tab of the HubShout portal. This new feature set includes significant upgrades that will help you, as a reseller, in turn help your clients more accurately and efficiently track good leads, downgrade poor ones, and determine lead origin. These features also provide you with a powerful Customer Relationship Management tool to leverage your consulting position with your clients.

All of these features are under the Sales Tab in the portal. Using the Right Nav Menu on the Sales Tab as a guide, lets go over the changes.

We’ll follow the menu structure to address the new features.

LeadsHere is our old lead page:

This is transitioning to our new lead page:

This page now displays all lead types; web leads, manually entered leads and phone calls that have been cleared to lead stage.

New Features to Lead Page:

1. Stage Column and Legend. All leads can be edited to be in one of the following stages: Bad Lead, Cold Lead, Warm Lead or Hot Lead

2. Phone Lead or Web Lead icon. Hovering over the globe or phone icon informs you of the lead type.

3. Website Column: When possible, this column will provide a direct link to the web site that generated the lead.

Secondary Page Features:The secondary campaign page, linked in the ID Column, has been improved to include:1. A phone call audio player 2. An editable Stage field.3. Notes are now easily added to a scrolling list below the lead info.

Phone Calls PageThis page represents the majority of the features added in this update. Let go over them.

1. Phone Call Player

2. Legend listing; Unreviewed Calls, Opened / Not Processed, Good Call or Bad Call

3. Filters allowing your page to show filtered results

4. REVIEW CALL DETAILS: When you click the ID you will have access to the:

5. EDIT PHONE CALL tool. This tool allows you to:

6. Designate the Outcome as Bad*, Mark Unreviewed or Good

7. Turn call into lead (When you turn a call into a lead it will then appear on the Leads Page.

*The phone call information shown on the home tab, reports and ppc screen will no longer show calls that have been marked Bad.

New Lead PageA brand new feature that allows you to merge HubShout’s web-to-lead and phone tracking with your other marketing efforts. You can now track all of your leads in one place.

If your sales team gets a lead from any marketing channel they can simply click New Lead (1), fill out the necessary info and click Build Lead (2). This lead will now show up on your Leads Page.

How to use these new toolsOnce you begin to explore these new features you will realize that you can now pitch your white labeled portal, that used to be just web-focused, to now be a full fledged Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM). Offering to help train your clients staff on the usage of the new lead tools can help you build a very solid relationship with your client. As well as reassuring them of their ROI and that the cost per lead can drastically improve based on the quality of their leads.
