HSPP’s ContributionProgrammes were conceptualized and delivered as an OD intervention. Participants were functional heads and their direct reportees. Objective was to give key insights into the elaborate coaching process and equipped participants with tools and methodologies to act as a coach to their subordinates. Manager as a Coach was the first programme to be facilitated at Airtel Bangladesh. HSPP has been providing the services for Airtel’s Young Leader Development programme and the Executive Coaching Programme. 500 + Airtel executives were trained under the Team Development programme as part of the Employee Engagement project.

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Beximco Pharma) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of medicines in Bangladesh. Incorporated in the late 70s, Beximco Pharma began as a distributor, importing products from global MNCs like Bayer, Germany and Upjohn, USA and selling them in the local market, which were later manufactured and distributed under licensing arrangement. HSPP’s Contribution More than 120 of DAMCO’s management staff received training on High Performance Team Building, Customer Service Excellence and First Time Manager. The objectives of these trainings were to allow the participants to work as a synergistic team under pressure and for them to work under the organizational principal of “One DAMCO Pillar” and learn to deliver quality customer service. First Time Managers were equipped with tools and methodologies to act as a coach to their subordinates and deliver high performance. These interventions helped the participants begin to communicate effectively not only amongst themselves but also with colleagues and customers.

HSPP’s ContributionCustomized programmes were conceptualised and designed for the entire team of Relationship Managers and Call Centre Officers. Participants imbibed the competencies that suit the requirements for augmenting effective sales approach in the financial industry. With sales strategies the participants imbibed the skills on understanding customer behaviour, Emotional Intelligence, negotiating for success and goal setting. For the Call Centre, the Objective was to give key insights into customer service excellence, telephone etiquette and handling difficult customers efficiently upholding the service standard.

IDLC Finance Limited initially started with Lease Financing as core product, IDLC has grown to become the largest multi-product Non-Bank Financial Institution of Bangladesh, with almost equal focus in Corporate, Retail and SME sectors. KDS Steel Since it was founded, KDS Steel has been at the forefront of an impressive development of flat carbon steel manufacturing in Bangladesh and has continually expanded its capacity and expertise in flat steel manufacturing through integrated and strategic backward and downstream expansions. Oxfam In Bangladesh: Oxfam’s involvement in Bangladesh began in 1970 assisting the then cyclone victims and supporting the people of Bangladesh during the Liberation War in 1971. Oxfam work with a wide range of partners including civil society organizations, NGOs, media organizations, foreign and local universities, private sector companies and different levels of government. Oxfam has a particular role as a network facilitator between the wide range of power holders and poor people in Bangladesh. HSPP’s ContributionCustomized offsite Teambuilding programme “Udaan” was delivered for the entire Oxfam Bangladesh Team (75 people) at Grand Sultan Tea Resort, Sylhet.

Robi Axiata Limited is one of the leading mobile telecom operators in Bangladesh. It is a joint venture company between Axiata Group Berhad of Malaysia and NTT DoCoMo Inc. of Japan. Robi commenced operations in 1997 as Telekom Malaysia International (Bangladesh) with the brand name ‘Aktel’. With its strong network and seamless connectivity, Robi is empowering more than 24 million people across the country.
