The aim of this agreement/Training is to fix, prior to carrying out the works, the prevention measures ;adapted to the risks identified for
health, safety and the environment in the retained dangerous activity phases.

We enforce strict prevention steps within the framework of this plan.
You adhere to these steps by ensuring :
◦ The knowledge and control of risks related to works in our systems
◦ Observance of safety steps defined conjointly.

The works manager undertakes to inform his personnel and ensure that safety instructions are observed.
A qualified representative of the OC, aware of the instructions and with suitable authority, must be present at Installations throughout the duration of works.
Personnel not speaking local language must be permanently under supervision of a person capable of giving them instructions.
Only people required for the works should be present at Installations. Working times must be observed. The sanitation facilities made available must be kept perfectly clean.

To start work without a work authorization. To carry out hot point work without a fire permit. To install stakes or dig without an excavation permit.

To smoke at client’s Installation (lighters, matches, etc … must be left in the changing room).
To use a mobile telephone ( must be left in the changing room ) To bring in or consume alcohol at the installation. To enter and stay at client’s Installation in a state of drunkenness

The site manager makes sure that the site is tidy and clean.
Make sure that personnel do not leave any object, tools or equipments in pipes, tanks or work place.
Approved extinguishers adapted to the risks are made available by the outside contractor besides hot work stations.
Personnel must be trained on their use.

Access and traffic ways must remain clear.

makeshift bench. To refuel any thing when operating.

Flames ,sparks or heat + anything likely to produce such must be used with prior notification and approval
Preparation for a fire permit defining the nature , location and duration of work (12 hour max)
Take the steps required to prevent the projection of incandescent materials
Turn off or stop equipment generating naked flames when not in use.

Leave the area, where you work, clean, without any material or waste of any type.
Observe the waste management mode set up at the installation and take your own waste away.

To use flammable products for cleaning without authorization.
To leave paper, greasy clothes, miscellaneous waste lying around, this must be collected and put in metal bins fitted with a cover.
To leave any dangerous tooling or objects lying around (sharp sheets, planks with nails in, etc.).

The work manager should make available individual and collective protection equipments for his personnel and ensure that it is properly used (outside work)
Due to the danger caused by certain synthetic fibers (static electricity, melting when heated, etc.)it is strongly recommended to wear underclothing made of natural fibers.
Any clothing impregnated with a petroleum product must be immediately changed, with standard precautions being taken.

“Any Accident, whether involving personnel or equipment must be systematically and immediately reported to the client”
In the Event of a Physical Accident: Protect, yourself and the victim Alert, emergency services Help, provide assistance (do not move the victim unless there
is a serious and imminent danger)
In the Event of an accident Involving Equipment: Take the steps necessary without exposing yourself to
unnecessary risks.

If the alarm sounds or gas detection indicator is triggered:
Stop work
Turn off all naked flames on site.
Stop equipment, machines and motor vehicles.
Close equipment that could present a fire risk, and evacuate it
as quickly as possible (especially gas bottles).
Leave all passageways clear for the safety teams.
Gather around the worksite Manager at the meeting point.
Await further instructions.
