The eccentric throw depends on the relative position between the eccentric and the eccentric bushing.

Buje excéntrico

The gear drive the eccentric assembly, pushing the main shaft in a eccentric movement.

Adjustable eccentric throw permit easy field change of operating performance. Each eccentric bushing has 3-4 keyways depending on crusher size/type.

Funcionamiento

•Un chancador de cono es un equipo de rotación

• El CSS se mueve a través de la circunferencia del cóncavo fijo.

• El material pasa a través de la cámara por gravedad movíéndose por el espacio creado por el OSS.

• Una vuelta y media más tarde el material es comprimido en el CSS y de esta forma tritura y reduce el mineral.

• Esto ocurre en la mayoría de los conos de 5 a 6 veces por segundo.

Comparación de chancadores tipo H & S

Usan carcasa inferior, contraeje y sistema hidroset comunes.

Usan la misma camisa del eje, buje araña, plato del eje, tuercas, sello de polvo y anillo retenedor.

La principales diferencias son la carcasa superior, eje principal, ecxéntrica, buje excéntrico y piezas de desgaste.


La cámara de chancado es la parte más importante
