Ability to approve the hiring authorization before approval of the assignment.

Position Management procedures, outside and inside the system, will require that a Position must have approved funding (represented by the assignment of a funding Chartfield combination) prior to assigning an employee to the position. Position funding is entered at the employee level as an employee is assigned to a position.

Department FTE and Roll-up FTE reports are delivered. Report analysis?

Provides an online roster of current and previous incumbents and classification for each position.

Positions are delivered with a list of current, but not previous, incumbents associated with these Positions and their Job codes. Previous incumbents are accessible through query and reports.

Ability to notify (flag) individuals of any outstanding balances when employee is terminated. An Example of this would be an employee who received a promissory note and needs to pay it back. Thus, the date the promissory note was issued would need to be tracked to initiate notification.

This may be a report generated from a listing of Terminated employees, based on their Terminated Actions on their Job records. Using their employee profile, their email addresses can be used to notify them of these actions to be completed. Additional custom fields will need to be added to store the information on the promissory notes and the pay back amounts.

Cloning a Position will be a custom function.

The number of credit hours and the FTE (percent of one full time equivalency) is needed for each adjunct. This requirement is consistent with HR101 to define full time equivalency for each position and HR380's requirement to track adjunct assignments by credit hours. The total number of adjunct FTEs for a semester generated by the HR system needs to reconcile to the number of adjunct FTEs for the corresponding semester in PAS.

Integration of FTE calculations for Adjunct employees, how may have a more dynamic calculation and might use the Productivity Activity System (PAS) routine to include contact hours or a manual calculation.

Log in as AMMAN1/AMMAN1 and Navigate to "Manager Self Service > TimeManagement > View Time > Absence Balances... select Emplid 5909637 and theerror should appear when you click on the next link...

The PIN validation occurs in COBOL program GPPUSYPN WHICH has copybook: GPCUSYPN which contains fields and correspaonding EVAL_GRP_IDs. This copybook must be syncrhonozed with the field names and EVAL_GRP_ID in GP_SYSTEM_PIN tables.

For some reason the EVAL_GRP_ID in the table is HRM01 but the copybook calls for the value "PDT02."
