Implementation

St. Kitts Treasury Department is using ITMS (Intelligent Treasury

Management System) application to manage the financial data.

This application contains a module namely “Payroll Management

System”. The payroll management system has the functionality to

process payroll for all government employees. There are three type

of employee processed through this payroll system. These are :

a.) Salary Employee (Once in a month)

b.) Wages Employee (This is weekly process)

c.) Pension Employee (Once in a month)

The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis provides salary on the basis

of employees post and their scale. The payroll management

system does not have the functionality to attach every employee

with post, so the scale did not get validated with the employee

salary, so the basic requirement is to develop the scale and post

hierarchy functionality and then integration functionality required

to assign the post and scale to individual employee.

Lelogix had very less time (i.e. 4 months) to complete this project

from analysis phase to Implementation phase but LElogix took it

as a challenge and delivered it within the given timeframe.
