Applicant Tracking

Consolidated Applicant Tracking to a single vendor for US and

Mexico (IBM Kenexa BrassRing) allowing for standardized data,

process and metrics serving 1.5 million applicants and 100K+ hires

Implemented new job distribution vendor (eQuest) which integrates

with the ATS to simplify process for 12,000 users

Implemented end-to-end mobile responsive platform to improve the

applicant experience from Career Site thru Offer Accept

Implemented new, mobile optimized career site (IBM) which

eliminated 3rd party tools. We have experienced 4 million visits since

February launch, 37% of which were on mobile devices

Added Military Page, including Military.com Military Skills Translator

tool, approximately 1300 visits since the October launch

EiS Reporting

4000+ reports housed in Discoverer prior to the conversion; after

analysis the project team reduced the number of reports to 1,400

Transitioned approximately 35,000 users from the Oracle Discoverer

tool to EiS in late July

Reinforced employee data privacy reporting policy within the scope

of this project
