user password in CIMS. As someone inputs their EmployeeConnect ID and password – the parameters are passed to Active Directory waiting for an OK to proceed.
New user – create secure password in CIMS, send that password in the nightly file to the network (only for new adds). Have employee use forgot my password in EC … eliminate the pains of communicating userid/passwords to employees

we see potential For each position, location, subtype = define what
position, location, and subtype they report to TEACHER, LOCA, … reports to PRINCIPAL, LOCA ADMINSUP,LOCA,HR1 … reports to DIRECTOR, LOCA, HR
We currently manage approvals and authorities in other ways … may move towards this new model
