Go to App Store

Search for HPE Visual Remote Guidance

Follow the prompts to Get, Install, and Open VRG Android:

Navigate to www.myroom.hpe.com/VRG on the device

Click VRG Android for wearables to download the package

When download is complete, tap it to install

Click Open button Give the 6-character registration key to your organization administrator

Log into MyRoom tray

Click ? at lower right corner

Select HPE MyRoom Portal from menu

Click your organization’s name

Click Manage Devices in the VRG Devices box

Click Add Device

Enter remote user’s 6-character registration key

Click the Continue button

Edit Display Name so remote user can be identified in room’s People panel

Check room(s) that VRG device will be allowed to join o Optional:

Add key(s) for additional rooms

Choose automatic preferences for the device

Click the Continue button
