TERMS AND CONDITIONSELIGIBILITY Qualied to join are end-customer companies who will purchase qualied

HP ProLiant Server bundles within the promo period. End-customercompanies are entities that purchase HP ProLiant Server bundles for theirown use and not for resale or redistribution.

Qualied purchases are entitled to join both point-system based promotionand rafe draw.

Only server bundles specied in the Tower and Rack pages of the promoyer are qualied for the prizes.

Promotion offer is not valid with big deal or special deal discounting as

determined by Hewlett Packard Philippines Corporation (HP) and/or anyother promotional offer in accordance with HP policies. Server bundles and options should come from local distributor(s) duly-

accredited by HP. The Purchase Order issued by end-customer company should indicate a date

CLAIMING OF PRIZES Prizes will be released one month after each periods cut-off claims date. Promo agency will notify the reseller who claimed on behalf of end custom

for the conrmation and approval of claim. The reseller is responsible in communicating to the end customer for result

the claim led and prize availability. Prizes are for pick-up from promo agency or prize supplier. Delivery charg

will be on customers personal account.

Winner of the grand rafe draw will be notied through registered mail,electronic mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim theirprize.

Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notication toclaim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizeswill be forfeited.
