• Obtain a visitors' pass

(This pass must be worn by visitors at all times. Wear the pass

in front, above waist height. On leaving the campus, the pass

should be returned to Security at the ground floor.)

thOur Cafetaria, on the 6 floor, offers you a variety of

refreshments.

• Breakfast - 08:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs

• Lunch - 12:30 hrs to 14:30 hrs

• Teatime Snacks - 16:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs

• Beverages - 09:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs

• If you are an HP employee, you can connect your laptop to

the HP network from any of the conference rooms

• A limited number of wireless data cards are available,

for visitors. Please contact your host regarding the same

• You can make local calls from conference rooms. Dial '0'

followed by the telephone number

• To make long distance calls, please contact your host

nd• The Travel Desk, located on the 2 floor, will assist you with

your travel related queries

• For local transport, please contact the Front Desk

• This site is controlled by an automated security system

• Security access cards are required to gain access

• All visitors need to be escorted by the host

• Security personnel are located in the lobby of each floor

• Photography by visitors inside the HP facility is prohibited

• In the unlikely event of the site needing to be evacuated,

please extend your full cooperation. Follow the directions of

your host or the floor warden who will direct you to the nearest

fire exit and assembly point

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas

• Possession or consumption of alcohol and prohibited drugs on

this site is not permitted

• Intoxicated or affected persons will not be permitted entry

• Visitors are not permitted to bring children or pets onto sites at

any time

• Visitors bringing in hazardous substances or dangerous

goods must get prior written approval from the Site Manager
