What should you do now?
• Make sure all application information is accurate in your Gateway Account
• NOW
Gateway • Go to HE/FE Tab • Click “Application” • On the Personal Information Page • Click “Submit”
Gateway • Then click the “Higher Education Application” tab • Click “New Application” – enter ALL Your applications
Your FINAL IB results
• IB will send universities your results
• BUT only if you request it • (15th April – 2016 deadline)

application number • Max of 6 institutions worldwide • Only 1 institution can be selected from
• Canada • USA (out of the six)

• You WILL HAVE TO PAY service charges
• Legalization of the IB diploma? (check with us in late March)

IB Final Results Within 3-5 days of getting your results: • Check universities have received your final IB
results • They may overlook it • IB may delay in sending results
• For HK, upload your final transcript and final IB results onto your application portal • take your transcript package on grad ceremony

Document Requests after Year 13
• Read all the information on the FE webpage
• Submit ALL required forms and payment
• PROVIDE ENOUGH NOTICE!
If you miss your offer(s)… • have the email addresses of admission offices and / or departments ready before results day
• write an email to appeal the decision. Be sure to cc your FE counsellor (use the [email protected])
• wait for a reply to your email (this may takes several weeks)
• go for your insurance choice/ Plan B?

• UK • Email admissions office & department • YOU need to take initiative (not just email from FE counsellors)
• Quote your UCAS ID • May receive good news – ‘We will still admit you’ - or go to Clearing round in late August
