H O W TO M A S T E R T H E R U N WAY Step 1. Master your body language: - Women feet at 10 &2, men feet slightly apart relaxed. - Straight posture with your head parallel to the floor and arms relaxed. - Relax your facial expression. - Ladies chest out and use your hips when moving. Men use your shoulders and act swav. Step 2. Begin to walk shifting your weight evenly as you move. The key is confidence: SEE the runway, FEEL the runway, BE the runway. Step 3. Bring the garments you are wearing to life by using simple poses. Pose at beginning middle and end. Less is more.
