How to Update Your Credit Card

How to update your recurring donation: changing your credit card, extending the donations, and more.

To go to your recurring donations please go to www.continuetogive.com and log in with your email and password.

Once you are logged in you can find your reporting tools on your dashboard by scrolling to the bottom of the screen. If you are not on your dashboard

simply click My Settings and then Account Settings.

Now Find the Recurring Donation you wish to edit and click “View More”

A few things we can edit in this screen: our amount we are giving and how many billing cycles.

You will see we cannot edit the credit card itself or what project this is going to. In order to edit or change your Credit Card you must Terminate your

donation first. So set Terminate to “Yes” and click save.

This donation has been terminated. We can now exit this recurring donation.

Now that we have terminated the recurring donation we need to setup our new credit card. So go ahead and click on the blue link that is the name of the fund or organization you want to give to.

Now that we have clicked on the organization or project name we will be brought to the payment page. Click on the donate now button. You will now

be able to setup a NEW recurring donation.

To add or update your credit card go ahead and click on the Payment Options dropdown and choose Create New Credit / Debit Card. Fill in your new card or

updated card.

Then click to finish your donation.
