How to submit an Air Cargo Claim via the Saudia Customer Care Portal

Step 1:

Visit Saudia Cargo claims portal at address: http://sv.cargoclaims.aero/

Step 2:

Click on “Submit Cargo Claim”

Step 3:

Fill in the form accordingly, and click “Proceed” to continue.

* Other contact information can be entered by clicking the small button near your E-mail

* Airport fields are using a search system: Find the correct airport then click on it

* The fields with blue background are mandatory

Step 4:

The Saudia Cargo claims e-mail address is automatically selected.

(It is possible to add other addresses, like your insurer, agent, by using the green button)

When finished, press “Send”

After the claim is sent, if this is your first claim from the entered e-mail address, you will receive login details of your free “Contact Account”.Login via http://sv.cargoclaims.aero/contact/access?action=login.

The account can be used to view all your submitted claims.
