How to Submit a SuccessFactors Ticket

To access the IT Support Portal, use the following link:

Press the “Click here to login,” and log in with your AUC email credentials:

A) Report a Problem

1- Click on IT Problem link in the left panel

2- Click on Report a New IT Problem button in the left panel

3- Fill in the displayed form. It is always advisable to attach screenshots for easier

troubleshooting.

4- Search the available categories

5- Select SAP, SuccessFactors, and then Performance & Goals.

6- Navigate to the end of the form and click on Submit button

B) Request a Service

7- Click on IT Service link in the left panel

8- Click on Report a New IT Service button in the left panel
