How To Setup “Forgot Password” Security Question 

When you first setup your Southeastern Online Banking account, you should follow the steps below to setup a 

“Forgot Password” Security Question in the event that you forget your password and need to reset it. 

Step 1: 

Log into your Online Banking account. 

Step 2:  

Hover over the “Your Preferences” tab. 

 

Step 3: 

Click on “Login Security Credential” from the “Your Preferences” drop‐down. 

 

Step 4: 

On the right‐hand side of the screen, click on “Password Reset” within the “Change Password” box. 

 

 

Step 5: 

Select “Your security question” from the drop‐down and “Type your Answer.” 

  

In the event you forget your Online Banking password, follow the steps below.

Enter your “User ID”, then click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
