How to retrieve emails that were deleted from your Deleted Items folder in Outlook 

* The email must be less than 15 months old. Emails older than 15 months will be deleted forever. 

1. Open Internet Explorer. 

2. Type mymail into the address bar and hit Enter. 

3. Log in to the My Mail Archive, using your Windows NT Login (the same username and password you used to log in to your computer). 

4. Choose your search criteria to find the email you’re looking for, then click Find Now. 

 

  Note: You can narrow your search even more by clicking Advanced or Advanced Search. 

5. Check the box next to the email you want to retrieve, then click More Options. 

 

  a. Click Send Checked Items to send the email to your Inbox. 

  b. Click Send All Items to send every email in this list to your Inbox. 

6. When you’re done, click Log Out.
