Receive a Voice or Video Call in Google Hangouts through

CHAT


To start a voice and video chat you’ll need to


Make sure to download and install the voice


and video call plug-in, quit all open browser

and install the plug-in.


Go here:

Then, click this and run


Sign in to your Gmail or Google+


Whenever someone calls you in chat


you’ll hear a sound notification


and a chat window will appear.


To answer, click the Answer

button in the chat window.


Or, Click to join the call to

accept your hangout invite.


Click the microphone icon to unmute and

talk.


Receive a voice or video call in Hangout

On Air


When someone calls you in the Google

Hangout on Air


a pop-up window at the right side bottom of your window will

appear.


Answer call by clicking the Answer

button.


Or, Click the Video icon to

accept the call


A notification will also appear here


Click this icon notification


And click Join

Hangout


You will also receive a notification here


Click the bell icon and Join a video call.
