Identify time Half past time (e.g.:12:30)

Quarter past time {12.00} (e.g.: 12:15)

Quarter to time {1.00} (e.g.: 12:45)

O’clock (e.g.:12:00)

Remember:-

o'clock (abbreviation: "of the clock") only on the hourquarter = 15 minutes; half = 30 minutes
