How to Purchase Tickets for the George Eastman Museum from your Mobile Device

1. Visit eastman.org/tickets, or use one of the “Buy Tickets” buttons located on our website.

2. Select the date you want to visit the museum.

3. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. On the desktop version, you can skip this step; on the mobile version this step is required.

4. Select each type of admission you would like to purchase by clicking the numbered box next to each type. For the mobile version, select “Admission Selected” to bring up the different types. From here, you can select which ticket you would like.

5. Once tickets are chosen, scroll to the bottom and add to cart.

6. To checkout, you will need to set up a tickets.com account. This will allow you to access your digital tickets in the future.

8. Payment: Add your payment method.

9. To finish the process, you will need to agree to our health and safety terms & conditions. Please review these carefully.

10. Your confirmation email will include a link you can click to download and print your tickets. Our staff can also scan the digital version of these tickets.

If you do this from your mobile, you will have the option to view a digital version of the ticket that the Lipson Welcome Center staff can scan.
