How to print your CITI (Human Subjects Education) Certificate in Learn@Work

1. Log into Learn@Work directly

2. Make certain your pop-up blocker is off.

3. Go to your ME page by clicking on the “waffle” or “grid” in the upper left hand corner and select

ME

4. Once you are on your ME page, select COMPLETED LEARNING from the left hand side.

Along the top, you can filter for date (view all, within a certain time frame, or a custom date)

and status (Successful)

Keep scrolling until you find the course you need. You can select LOAD MORE at the bottom if

you still don’t see your course. Continue to search until you find the desired course.

A second option under My Completed Learning is to select a Date or Status and limit your search

of completed items.

5. Once you have found the course, you can select PRINT CERTIFICATE next to the course and a

generic completion certificate will appear.

6. If you want a specific listing of modules taken with the track, you must:

a. Select the course desired

b. Go to Associated Curricula on the right hand side of the page and click HRPO – Human

Subjects Initial Education

c. At the top of the page select Print Certificate

d. Select the certificate for the course you took. A more detailed certificate will appear.

Under HRPO Initial Education you will find the following courses:

- HRPO Basic Human Subj. Ed. for BioMed Investigators

- HRPO Basic Human Subj. Ed. for Danforth IRB & Researchers in Select Danforth

Depts/Schools

- HRPO Basic Human Subj. Ed. for BioMed IRB Members

- HRPO Basic Human Subj. Ed. for All Other Danforth Researchers

Under HRPO Human Subject Elective Education you will find:

- HRPO Behavioral Refresher 101

- HRPO Behavioral Refresher 201

- HRPO Biomedical Refresher 101



- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Courses

7. If you want a certificate from CITI itself with CITI logo in the background like the one below,

you must re-enter CITI through the AIS system as you did when taking the training.

Step1: Select appropriate CITI

education modules. A

Step 2: Login to CITI.

Launch CITI Page.

– St. Louis, MO Courses.”

The track you selected should

show. Click on the track to enter.

When complete, you will see

“Print Report.” Print a report for

your records.

Exit using “Log Out.”

When you logout of CITI,

you will be brought back to

this screen. Click Sign out.
