Start by Opening your

Payroll Mate Program

Go to → File → Open Company 1

Click → OK

Select a company to open

Click → Wage and Tax Statement( W-2) 5

Click → Next (until W3 Page appears)

You can Preview the form before you print it Click → Print Form W3

Choose the type of paper to print

(depending if you have a preprinted

form or you have the laser substitute

Click → Ok to print
