How to Prepare Form 15G/15H and Submit in ITD Site

Select Payer � Select Payee � Enter Details of 15G in Reports Menu � Form 15G

Enter Datails in Data Entry Screen and click on proceed button

After data entry of all payees click on eform 15G(Consolidate XML) Tab in Reports Menu

As in 15G/15H details of STD Code, Contact no. Moblie no and email address is required for each payee

User can use option to Fill Deductor STD Code, Contact no. Moblie no and email address while

validating xml file

Now click on Efile button and enter Login to ITD Site

Click on Validate button

Select 15G or 15H zip file and Select Digital Signature, then click on Submit button

How to Register TAN in ITD Site to Submit 15G/15H Form

Open website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in � Click on Register Yourself button

Select TAN and Press Continue button

Enter Tan and Organization Name and Click on Continue button

Enter Details in next screen and Click on Submit button

User can import data from 15G/15H to TDS Entry
