Then draw accordance with size of the picture. Wood that has been drawn then cut using a cutter accordance with the lines and the direction of the wood fibers. Then, create a high point line.42 cmWing Shape 6. st 1Step : Making WingNext, we begin to make airfoil shape using coarse sandpaper on the Trailing Edge and Leading Edge section. If the airfoil is formed, use fine sandpaper to smooth the whole surface (the more to the end of the wing is made thinner). The wing who has completed the process smoothing, then cut accordance with size of the picture and continued with the process of assembling to make hydral corner.Airfoil ShapeAssembling pieces of wing 7. nd 2Steps : Making Stabilo7 cmBalsa wood with a length of 14 cm, width 7 cm, 2 mm thick. Then draw accordance with picture size. Wood that has been drawn then cut using a cutter in accordance with the lines and the direction of the wood fibers.14 cmStabilo shape 8. nd 2Steps : Making StabiloOn the Leading Edge and Trailing Edge made a round shape with fine sandpaper. Then, create help lines to divide two equal parts to facilitate the process of assembling stabilo on the body.Stabilo shape(airfoil)Help Lines 9. rd 3Steps : Making Fin9 cmBalsa wood with a length of 7 cm, width 5 cm and 2 mm thick. Create a fin shape accordance with construction the picture. Then cut using a cutter from the Leading Edge to Trailing Edge. On the Leading Edge and Trailing Edge also made a round shape with fine sandpaper.Fin Shape42 cmFin Shape(airfoil) 10. th 4Steps : Making Body2 cmSpruce wood with a length of 42 cm long, width 2 cm and 2-4 mm thick. Create a body shape accordance with construction the picture. Then drag a straight line from the location of the wing Trailing Edge section to the rear end of the body. Then cut the line.42 cmBody Shape 11. th 4Steps : Making BodyAfter that, smoothing the section nose and section a wing place. Getting to the end, made the body thinner and made smooth.Body Shape(after cutting)Body Shape(airfoil) 12. 5th Steps : Assembling Body with Wing Coarse going in assembling section using sandpaper so the glue can glue stronger. Put the center of the wing at the wing spot on the body. Then, glue section. Having seen perpendicular wing, add glue so that the part can glue stronger. After Assembling 13. 5th Steps : Assembling Body with Wing As a final step, attach the carbon boom under the body accordance with a predetermined size. After Assembling 14. 6th Steps : Assembling Body with Stabilo Coarse going in assembling section using sandpaper so the glue can glue stronger. Put a stabilo in the center of the body. Then, glue the section. After stabilo parallel straight with wing, add glue so that the part can glue stronger.Stabilo After Assembling 15. Last Step : Assembling Stabilo with Fin Coarse going in assembling section using sandpaper so the glue can glue stronger. Place the fin in the center of the stabilo in the upright position and flat. Then glue that section until glue stronger.FinStabilo After Assembling 16. Enjoy the video 17. Design is Nothing Manufacturing is SomethingFlying is Everything
