Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC

Combine and sift the flour, baking

powder, and salt together in a medium bowl

and butter together in a large bowl

How to Make Mini Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients• 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour• 1/2 teaspoon salt• 4 teaspoons baking powder• 1/2 cup (100g) sugar• 2 tablespoons (30g) butter• 1/4 cup (62g) applesauce• 1 egg• 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk• 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen blueberries

Things Needed• Medium bowl• Large bowl• Mixer• Mini muffin tin

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC.

2. Combine and sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl.

3. Use a mixer to cream the sugar and butter together in a large bowl.

4. Mix in the egg and applesauce into the butter mixture.

5. Alternate pouring and mixing in the milk and flour into the bowl.

6. Fold in the blueberries last

7. Pour the batter into the mini muffin tins, about two thirds full.

8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
