How To Make Homemade Radish Kimchi

RadishClean and Wash 4 kilos of radish

Cut Radish Into Cubes.

Remove the green portions of the radish.

Prepare Other Ingredients:•1 whole garlic•1 large ginger•Fish Sauce to Taste (Patis), Red Chilli

Garlic And Ginger

Slice garlic and ginger in small pieces

Mixing Procedure:Use Glass or stainless container for mixing. Pour half of the sliced ginger and add all the

garlic.

Mixing Procedure:Add 1 ½ cups red chilli

Mixing Procedure:Mix well the three ingredients

Mixing Procedure:Slice some onion leeks and add with the

mixture.

Mixing Procedure:Put some of the cubed radish in a deep

container

Mixing Procedure:Add some of the red chilli mixture

Mixing Procedure:Cover the container and shake well to evenly

coat the radish with the mixture.

Mixing Procedure:Do the same with the rest of the radish and

mixture.

Mixing Procedure:Prepare 4 cups water and add the fish saucePour in the containers with radish

Final Step:Cover containers and leave them for 2 days
